·         Representation of an oil recycler facing federal criminal charges for improper disposal and fraud relating to alleged illegal dismantling of monitoring equipment (Client received sentence substantially below guidelines over Government objection).

·         Representation of the manager of a plating operation on charges alleging violations of the Clean Water Act.

·         Representation of the manager of a Fortune 500 waferboard processing plant on charges alleging violations of the Clean Air Act, mail fraud and conspiracy.

·         Representation of the co-owner of an electroforming plant on charges from a grand jury investigation for violations of the Clean Water Act and parallel state criminal proceedings.

·         Representation of the operator of a university boiler plant on violations of the Clear Water Act and parallel state criminal proceedings.

·         Representation of the Director of Health Safety & Environment in federal criminal investigation relating to allegedly illegal disposal of waste material and false reporting at BP facility in Alaska (no charges brought against this client).

·         Representation of the Director of Health Safety & Environment in federal criminal investigation relating to numerous alleged violations of environmental criminal law at Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Facility (no charges brought against this client).

·         Representation of Oil Field Servicing Company in federal environmental investigation relating to alleged improper disposal of waste materials and fraud (matter resolved via corporate plea and fine – no charges brought against company employees).
