·         Representation of CFO of publicly traded technology company in Securities Exchange Commission investigation regarding improper recognition of income. (Resolved by Consent Decree).

·         Representation of CFO of publicly traded multi-industry company in Securities Exchange Commission investigation regarding multiple alleged accounting Irregularities.   (No action brought against client).

·         Representation of premier national law firm in action brought by former client for breach of duty and other professional misconduct as basis for non-payment of fees.  (Client awarded its fees in full and all claims against it dismissed).

·         Representation of top tier boutique law firm in action to collect its fees earned as a result of extraordinary settlement.  (Firm collected its fees through federal court action to attach settlement proceeds).

·         Representation of Major Mid-West law firm in threatened civil RICO and concurrent United States Attorney criminal investigation. (No civil action filed and no criminal charges brought).
